By using sound2score, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the app.
The service
sound2score provides interactive music exercises powered by real-time audio-to-MIDI transcription. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.
Acceptable use
Use the app for lawful, personal, and educational purposes. Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or interfere with anyone else's use of it.
Intellectual property
The app, its content, and its branding are owned by sound2score and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from them without permission. Music you play remains yours.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that transcription will be accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, sound2score is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
